Connecting. Growing together.As an Associate Director of Accounting
within Optum Insight, you'll join a team responsible for supporting
some of the segment's largest and most complex Market Performance
Partnerships. As a part of this role, you will collaborate closely
with other finance and accounting professionals in matrixed
environment to support the Company's growth and financial
objectives.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from
anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Hybrid in MN preferred.Primary Responsibilities:Provide operational
and technical accounting expertise to ensure compliance with US
GAAP, Company policies, rules, regulation and lawsCollaborate with
Optum Insight finance partners to drive sound business
decisionsLead and managed a team of accountants and senior
accountants to successfully execute roles and responsibilities
including the month end and quarter end close processesCoordinate
and support the Company's strategic and operational planning
activitiesSupport various special projects as requiredYou'll be

you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree
in Accounting or related field6+ years demonstrated progression in
an accounting or finance focused roleExperience prioritizing and
managing demanding workloads with concurrent deadlinesIntermediate
or advanced working knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC
606Intermediate to advanced level or proficiency with Microsoft
Excel, Word and PowerPointProven excellent written and verbal
communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Master's Degree and/or
CPA/CMA licensure4+ years of public accounting experience3+ years
of supervisory experienceExperience successfully managing multiple
requests, assessing priorities and achieving solutions under
deadlinesProven advanced analytical and information gathering
skills; ability to evaluate and prioritize extensive detailed

Washington or Washington, D.C. Residents Only: The salary range for
this role is $104,700 to $190,400 annually. Pay is based on several
factors including but not limited to local labor markets,
education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group
