This position involves partnering with cross-functional teams, preparing forecasts, conducting detailed financial modeling, and supporting decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, deep financial acumen, and the ability to communicate complex financial data effectively.Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage financial plans: Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze financial performance: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Calculate and review incentive plans: Develop and maintain models to calculate employee and sales incentive payouts accurately, ensuring alignment with company policies and performance metrics.
  • Deliver detailed financial reports: Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for senior management to support decision-making.
  • Support strategic initiatives: Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess the impact of new business initiatives or changes in market conditions.
  • Enhance processes and tools: Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and reporting systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA/CFA preferred).
    • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and scenario planning.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
