Job Description:

Engineer to take control of their career potential in our Upper
Midwest Region. This position will partner with a multi-discipline
team to develop designs of electrical substations to support the
safe and reliable delivery of electricity. Opportunities may
include, but not limited to:Thinking creatively to address the
complex challenges faced by municipal, cooperative, and
investor-owned utilities, developers, and other transmission asset
owners.Performing site grading and stormwater management
designs.Developing permitting support documentation and
narratives.Providing support for our clients during permitting and
construction.Performing field inspections and compliance
documentation.Leading a team of single- or multi-discipline
professionals to ensure project success.Presenting designs and
proposals to clients, permitting authorities, public interest
groups, etc.Corresponding and/or meeting with clients, contractors,
and vendors.Participating in project proposal efforts.Performing
quality control reviews for other engineers and designers.Develop
innovative processes, tools and design solutions.Advancing into
leadership roles.QualificationsBachelor of Science in civil
engineering, environmental engineering, or related degree from an
ABET accredited program.Three (3) years of civil engineering
experience, consulting preferred. Master of Science degree in civil
engineering may be substituted for one (1) year experience.Ability
to work methodically and analytically in a dynamic, quantitative
problem-solving environment and demonstrated critical thinking
skills.Strong knowledge in standard civil engineering techniques
and principles.Excellent written and verbal communication
skills.Computer skills (e.g. hydraulic and hydrologic analysis
programs, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office
Suite).Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building,
collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills.Engineers in
Training-EIT Certification PreferredThis job posting will remain
open a minimum of 72 hours and on an ongoing basis until
