Job Description:
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Controls supports
Interventional Urology implantable manufacturing by developing,
improving and implementing manufacturing equipment and processes
that will maximize labor, material and equipment utilization while
meeting regulatory requirements.Major Areas of Accountability
- Lead efforts to troubleshoot, improve and optimize existing and
new manufacturing control systems and equipment across the
production floor.
- Manage the integration of manufacturing equipment into an OT
network.
- Perform equipment and/or process qualifications and validations
(including risk assessments).
- Conduct root cause analyses and provide resolution of equipment
issues.
- Manage projects (including capital expenditures) to schedule
and within budget.
- Perform all necessary functions from the purchasing,
installation, and check out of new equipment.
- Responsible for GMP compliance of manufacturing
equipment/processes.
- Support maintenance activities via utilization of engineering
and technical knowledge/skill set.
- Document new and existing procedures as they relate to the
manufacturing process.
- Other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of related equipment controls/manufacturing work
experience.
- Proficient in PLC programming and troubleshooting
(Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens, Beckhoff, etc.).
- Experience with HMI/SCADA development (FactoryTalk, etc.).
- Self-motivated and self-managed within a dynamic and
collaborative team environment.
- High performing individual that is able to accept challenges
and opportunities as they arise.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and
mechanical drawings.
- Knowledgeable in equipment fabrication and assembly.
- Proficient problems solving and trouble shooting skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with various internal and
external customers/vendors.
- Ability to convey a positive and professional image to internal
and external customers.
- Ability to apply multi-disciplined problem solving approaches
to production and quality problems.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment to resolve manufacturing
issues.

- Ability to communicate and train cross-functionally at every

- Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this
position is $90,851 - $136,276. Actual compensation is influenced
by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills,
experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired
candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in
