DescriptionBolton & Menk has a great opportunity for a Water
Resources Project Manager to join our Mankato team and start
leading a variety of interesting and complex stormwater quality,
drainage design, and modeling projects for our growing list of
municipal clients throughout the Midwest. As a Top Workplace, this

As a Water Resources Project Manager, you will be managing and
leading a team of Engineers and Technicians to complete drainage
design, plan development, and modeling for municipal and
transportation projects, taking your projects from preliminary
design through construction. You will be responsible for workload
management, planning, scheduling, training, and performance of
multiple engineering projects and personnel. Other responsibilities
include marketing, business development, contract and budget
management, and client outreach.
We are looking for candidates who are detail oriented and
self-motivated and can encourage, lead, and grow a successful
project team. This position is an opportunity to apply your
engineering knowledge to a variety of projects and develop and
maintain strong relationships with clients and staff from various
communities and agencies. This position serves mainly Southern MN
with opportunities to support projects as needed throughout all of
