Commercial Banking Portfolio Manager to join our Market Coverage

in performing financial research, underwriting, and structuring of
highly complex private banking as well as consumer and mortgage
relationships within Commercial Banking Portfolio Management
functional areaReview and research business financial statements
and tax returns that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple
factorsResolve moderately complex issues and lead Commercial
Banking Portfolio Management team, to meet project deliverables,
while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies,
procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with
Commercial Banking Portfolio Management peers, colleagues, and
mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsLead projects
and teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced
individualsRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Commercial Banking
Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through
one or a combination of the following: work experience, training,
military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Loan
negotiation (rates, terms, and collateral requirements)
experienceUnderwriting experience including advanced commercial or
specialty group relationship portfolio creditExtensive knowledge
and understanding of credit policy, loan servicing, risk management
and group underwriting requirementsKnowledge and understanding of
commercial and specialty group banking products and services4+
years of commercial underwriting experienceIntermediate Microsoft
Office skillsStrong analytical skills including analyzing complex
dataExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
