Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success,
Inpatient Flow.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a high-performing team focused on customer outcomes
and product adoption
Develop trusted relationships with customers and serve as a product
subject matter expert
Collaborate with marketing to create a scalable case study process
and deliver ongoing business reviews
Required Qualifications
8+ years of industry experience, including 5+ years in
client-facing roles and 2+ years in management
Strong quantitative background, with a minimum of a Bachelor's
degree
Expertise in change management and performance optimization
Experience implementing customer success best practices
Willingness to support West Coast customers and work West Coast
hours
