Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Manager who is
highly motivated and results-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer live phone calls via a 24/7 support line
Perform real-time troubleshooting of customer-reported issues
Monitor and analyze multifamily and commercial heating systems
remotely
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of direct customer management experience in a service
job, customer support, account management, or sales role
Fluency in Spanish is required
Passion for real estate and/or energy efficiency
Willingness to work longer hours during peak seasons
Ability to build long-term relationships with a diverse range of
customers
