Job Description:
A company is looking for a Community Manager to cultivate and
engage with social media communities for various brands.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate communities across multiple social media platforms
through content posting and audience engagement
Conduct daily social listening to identify industry conversations
and trendjacking opportunities
Collaborate with account, project management, and creative teams to
align community management activities with brand priorities
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of community management experience, preferably in an
agency setting
Deep understanding of major social media channels and their
functionalities
Proficiency in content management tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite,
or Khoros
Knowledge of customer service principles and online
communication
Interest in sports and wellness/fitness is preferred
