Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to lead
the implementation and adoption of its solutions for key customer
accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer implementation projects and ensure product
configurations align with customer-specific use cases
Execute the Onboarding Playbook, adhering to standardized workflows
to achieve activation metrics
Train and empower customer teams to optimize product usage and
maximize adoption
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or related
fields
1+ years of experience working directly with executives
Proven success in onboarding and implementing technical
products
Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems
