Role: Cybersecurity Service Delivery Manager (SDM) / Service Success Manager (SSM)Location: - Minneapolis, MN (Day1 Onsite)

Project Role Description: Leads the delivery of Cybersecurity and GRC Service projects, leveraging our global delivery capability with client facing Skills.

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing Cybersecurity and GRC services to the client-
Manage escalations, deliver to meet, or exceed client SLA/KPI and People management
Lead multi domain Cyber -security delivery team in support of 24/7 operations and project support activities in varied security domains such as SOC, SIEM/SOAR, IAM, Vulnerability Management, Infra Security, Cloud and Application security, EDR, Unified DLP , ZTA and GRC.
Responsible for working with Delivery Teams, client stakeholders and other teams.



Technical Experience:-

10 + years of experience in the Cybersecurity services delivery.
Have good exposure to multiple domains of Cyber-security like Network security, SIEM/SOAR, Identity and Access Management, PAM, MFA/SSO, Vulnerability management, EDR, Azure Cloud, -In-depth knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors,
Risk management, incident management and Problem Management, SLA Metrics
Experience with Windows, Linux, Unix, and other operating systems.
Expertise in applications, databases, and middleware for security purposes.

Professional Attributes:-

Must have Team Management and Leadership skills- with can do and will do attitude.
Good Communication and presentation skills- Must have client handling experience with Cybersecurity or GRC Domain Knowledge.
Presales and Sales experience - Can Covert Ideas into opportunities.

Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CRISC, C/CISO, GIAC, CEH, or any other ISC2/ISACA/GIAC Cybersecurity Professional Certifications

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
