  • Shift: 3x12s Days/Nights mix with every 3rd weekend - Minimum 36 hours per week
  • Will need to float to like units during low census needs
  • Scrub Color: Black
  • Charting: Epic
  • Patient Diagnoses: Stroke, SCI, TBI, Amputee, debility, multiple fractures
    • Job Requirements
    • 1 year Rehab experience
    • BLS
    • Will consider 1st timers with 2+ years of Rehab RN experience
    • Care tools and CMS IRF documentation experience
    • NO LOCALS - traveler must be 50+ miles away from the facility
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift: 3x12s Days/Nights mix with every 3rd weekend - Minimum 36 hours per week
        • Additional Details
        • AHA required
        • Not required for MS/Tele
        • AHA BLS certification required
        • AHA required for Pediatric SLP's
        • NRP required for L&D/OB, RRT, and NICU
        • TNCC - required for ER
        • EFM is preferred, not required for L&D/OB
        • CEU's - Required for CNAs only
        • Required if applicable, please check licensing charts
