Responsibilities/Job Description:Fairview Health Services is hiring a Respiratory Therapist to join our Respiratory Therapy team at our M Health Fairview Masonic Childrens Hospital location in Minneapolis, MN.Were offering a $20,000 Sign-On Bonus (Flat rate / Not Prorated) for RT's with 2+ years of Neonatal / Pediatric experience who are hired at our Children's Masonic Hospital location! If you do not have the experience listed, then you can also qualify for our $7,500 Sign-On Bonus!The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services as prescribed by a physician. Follows defined treatment protocol according to department policies. Collects, assesses, interprets, and intervenes as appropriate in the care of neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Ensures patient welfare and safety standards during treatments.Schedule: This position will be working 0.75 FTE (60 hours every two weeks). The shift length will be 12 hours on the night shift. This position will also work a rotation for every third weekend. When working on the night shift, you will receive a $4.00/hr shift differential.
