The Critical Access Hospital CNO will join an outstanding leadership team at a well-respected hospital nestled in the heart of Minnesota. Candidates with prior CNO or Director experience with small community hospitals or critical access experience will earn quick interviews.As the Critical Access Hospital CNO, you will report to the Chief Executive Officer and play a pivotal role in the strategic and day-to-day clinical operations. You will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and work collaboratively with all departments to uphold clinical excellence and regulatory compliance. In this Director role, you will provide visionary leadership and direction to our nursing managers, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants, who will look to you for guidance, mentorship, and support in delivering exceptional patient care.The unit under the Critical Access Hospital CNO's direction includes a mixed-use inpatient unit, offering acute, emergency, and observation services.
