Remote Customer Service Supervisor

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Remote Supervisor responsible for leading Customer Service Representatives to meet program objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide motivation and guidance to CSRs to meet quality specifications
Monitor and develop CSR teams, handling call escalations as needed
Conduct meetings to communicate policy changes and address CSR concerns

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/military experience preferred
1-2 years supervisory experience in a virtual contact center environment preferred
Minimum 2 years of customer service and leadership experience required
Experience in the healthcare industry, especially prescription coverage support, is a plus
PC skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel required
