Job Title: Co-Manager

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Co-Manager to join our team at Hobby Lobby. As a Co-Manager, you will play a key role in providing operational leadership within your assigned location. Your responsibilities will include enhancing and maintaining high levels of presentation throughout your assigned area, as well as mentoring and guiding new and existing team members to ensure their success.

As a successful Co-Manager, you will be a leader and mentor to your team, working to create a positive and encouraging work environment. You will also be responsible for lending your merchandising expertise to enhance and maintain high levels of presentation throughout your assigned area.
