Your Opportunity: Taylor is seeking a Customer Service
Representative II who serves as a key resource for customers,
providing high-quality support and assistance with inquiries,
orders, and issues. This role requires a deeper understanding of
products and services than the entry-level position, as well as the
ability to handle more complex customer interactions. The ideal
candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective
communication, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing
accurate and timely responses
* Assist customers with complex issues, ensuring resolution while
maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
* Proactively communicate matters with the customer that are
affecting orders including due dates, estimating change orders,
materials issues, or equipment problems
* Adherence to customer expected response times
* Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring compliance with
company policies and procedures
* Proactively provide tracking information
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and
transactions in the CRM system
* Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve
customer issues efficiently
* Mentor and provide guidance to Customer Service Representative I
team members as needed
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest
enhancements to service delivery
* Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company
policies to better assist customers
You Must Have:
* May require an associate's degree and 2-4 years of experience in
the field or in a related area
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the
ability to convey information clearly and effectively
* Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
* Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
and support peers
* Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a
computer
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00.
The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may
include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual
applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific
and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or
other professional licenses held, and the location in which the
applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's
total compensation and benefits package for employee.
