Responsibilities:
--- Represent clients in a variety of criminal defense matters.
--- Negotiate with prosecutors on behalf of your clients.
--- Develop case strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
--- Research and organize applicable statutes to craft a defense.
--- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
--- Manage a diverse caseload while meeting deadlines and ensuring excellent client communication.

Qualifications:
--- JD degree and active MN law license in good standing.
--- 1+ year of criminal defense or related experience.
--- Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills.
--- Ability to be an exceptional colleague/team player.
--- A client-first mindset with high emotional intelligence.
