Compensation: $30.00-35.00 per hour, W2

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Contract Review Specialist with a legal background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor or Legal Contracts experience. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interpreting legal language and collaborating with stakeholders across departments.

Required Qualifications:
--- Legal/JD Background (Required)
--- Contract Review Experience - 1+ years of experience reviewing and interpreting contracts in a legal, corporate, or similar setting.
--- Strong Communication Skills - Must be able to convey complex legal, both in writing and verbally.
--- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
--- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
