We're growing our team here in Minneapolis, MN:Compensation: $26.65 / hourShift: Wednesday - Sunday, 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM, (Full Time, 40 Hours)Control Investigator Responsibilities:

  • Handles Video Investigations for incidents that meet specified client criteria.
  • Maintains current knowledge of all available incident reports and inputs events that match criteria into Smartsheet to begin investigation.
  • Deploys and maintains mobile cameras throughout multiple sites.
  • Must be able to critically analyze the described events and utilize knowledge of available camera angles and systems to locate footage of the required event.
  • Must have highly proficient tech literacy and ability to quickly learn and adapt to software technologies.
  • Must be physically able to climb 6ft ladder for camera deployments and maintenance.
  • Must be comfortable with an office style position. This includes a majority of the work week in front of a computer. Proficient skill in typing.Your background:
    • You have a high school education or equivalent (GED).
    • You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
    • Security or prior military/law enforcement experience preferred.
    • Previous experience working with surveillance cameras and systems preferred.
