responsible for working with various areas within the company to
successfully implement products and services for customers. Acts as
the primary internal contact. Coordinates activities with various
departments to ensure that customer's products and services are
successfully implemented in a timely, accurate and efficient
manner. Resolves issues relating to missing or conflicting product
information and documentation by communicating and coordinating
efforts with customers, sales staff, relationship managers,
operations, bankers and/or legal staff where applicable.The role
offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office
expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work
outside the office location for the other days.Must live in
Minnesota and will be in office 3 days out of the week.Start Date:
April 28th, 2025Training: 4 weeks 8am-5pm Monday-FridayBasic
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience-
Five or more years of clerical and/or customer service
experiencePreferred Skills/Experience:- Extensive knowledge of the
organization, products, services and systems- Ability to manage
multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously- Ability to
identify and resolve/escalate complex problems with minimal
guidance- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
skills- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
