About the Opportunity: Job Title: Grinder Pay Rate Range:$19-21/Hour Location:Rogers, MN Schedule: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM. Position Type:Temp to HireGrinder Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous metal finishing or grinding experience.
• Lifting 50lbs up to 75lbs team lift
• Standing for long durations of time
• Use power tools and be comfortable with them.Grinder Duties and Responsibilities:
• Rough grinding of aluminum and stainless steel.
• Polishing and finish sanding of aluminum and stainless steel.
• Ensuring compliance with company safety and quality standards.
