Headquartered in New Brighton.At Clearscape we offer opportunities to grow, learn, and always actively pursuing to invest in our employees to further advance their career path.Tasks & Activities:Job PurposeThe Landscape Crew Member is responsible for installing and enhancing landscaping on commercial and residential properties.Tasks
  • Install commercial and residential landscape projects, including sod, rock, mulch, boulders, pavers, plants etc.
  • Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environment practices
  • Complete required tasks accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist Supervisor in maintaining vehicle and equipment, and keeping them neat and organized
  • Conducting routine maintenance checks
  • Completing progress reports and associated paperwork
  • Follow all personal protection equipment safety requirements
  • Potential year round workJob Qualifications:
    • Drivers License with clean driving record (Preferred)
    • D.O.T medical card, or ability to obtain one (Preferred)
    • Experience is a plus (but not required, willing to train the right person)
    • Comfortable operating equipment
    • Bilingual in Spanish and English (Preferred)
    • Must be available to work weekends, holidays and extra hours
    • The ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs. dailySpecific Skills:
      • Positive team attitude and motivated. Work in various weather conditions. Able to drive a truck, trailer, and equipment. Exceptional communication and attention to detail. Able to physically perform all aspects of the process. Ability to work independently Dependable & punctualSchedule:
        • 10 hour shift
        • 8 hour shift
        • Day shift
        • Monday to Friday
        • Weekends as neededExperience:
          • Landscaping: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:
