About the role:

The Sr. Program Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for new hires. This role manages pre-boarding and onboarding tasks, drafts Rhythm of Business communications, maintains organizational charts, and supports Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate pre-boarding activities, including documentation, IT setup, and scheduling introductory meetings.
  • Serve as point of contact for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers to resolve an onboarding-related issues.
  • Draft and distribute onboarding-related communications, including welcome emails, key updates and process documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance onboarding content and processes. Maintain onboarding resources.
  • Maintain and update organizational charts and support Comms/L&D initiatives.
  • May prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • May create a wide variety of template, company-sanctioned marketing materials that may include maps, advertisements, demographic reports, and executive summary brochures for in-house and client presentations using advanced desktop, graphic, and mapping software.
  • May read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  • May open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
  • May file and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

    What you'll need:
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor's degree preferred, Minimum 4 years of related experience.
    • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
    • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
    • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
    • Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
    • Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
    • Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.

      CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr Program Coordinator position is $60,000 annually [or $28.85 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Sr Coordinator position is $65,000 annually [or $31.25 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
