As a Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing personalized care and attention. Your commitment to delivering top-notch care will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in senior living. Join us in making a difference in the lives of those we serve. We are currently hiring for all shifts. MUST BE RELIABLE! CBRF is a plus!

Responsibilities:
--- Provide personal care assistance to residents according to individual care plans.
--- Document and report any changes in resident health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor.
--- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
--- Engage residents in social activities and recreational programs to promote socialization and well-being.
--- Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents by following infection control and safety protocols.
--- Pass medication.
--- Reliable.

Qualifications:
--- 18+ or older.
--- Must have CBRF.
--- Must be dependable.
