Wage Range: $20.00 - $22.00 (DOE & certifications)

What you'll do each day as a Float Care Partner:

• Being flexible with daily house assignment as you'll float between our 7 homes as needed for coverage (Bloomington, Burnsville, Eagan, Eden Prairie & Edina)
• Help residents live with dignity and independence by assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).
• Administer medications and assist with treatments under RN delegation.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health, behaviors, and conditions.
• Document care provided in RTasks, our electronic charting system.
• Engage with residents - Whether reading, chatting, or reminiscing, your presence matters.
• Keep the home safe and welcoming - Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep.
• Be ready for anything - Recognize and respond to emergencies with confidence.What we look for in a Float Care Partner (Qualifications):
  • 1+ year of -care giving experience that includes use of hoyers & -sit-stands, -preferably in an Assisted Living setting or nursing home
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and current insurance
  • Ability to take initiative and use sound judgement in high pressure situations
  • A heart for caring and a passion for helping others.
  • Previous caregiving experience (preferably in assisted living).
  • Dependability - Ability to work a consistent schedule, including every other weekend.
  • Strong communication skills - Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Patience, kindness, and a willingness to be part of a team that supports each other.
  • CNA/HHA certification preferred but not requiredWORKING CONDITION REQUIREMENTS -
