Job Description:
Adecco is assisting a Fortune 300 client in their search to fill
a Sr. Workers Comp Claims Administrator role in St. Paul, MN. As a
Sr. Workers Comp Claims Administrator you will assist in a backlog
of claims filed for the past year, help to close out past and
current claims while working closely with the 3rd party vendor.

Responsibilities for this job include:
• Develop systems to assist with in-take, evaluation,
investigation, documentation, communication and tracking of
liability claims. Perform exposure/coverage determination, cost
estimation, and case management. Coordinate claim managing from
notification to close
• Support division and corporate management in minimizing exposure
to claims and reducing the financial loss resulting from claims
made against the division
• Establish and maintain processes and systems/databases for
tracking and reporting claim experience for loss prevention
initiatives
• Coordinate and communicate claim notification and findings to
safety, operations, finance, administration, risk management and
law departments
• Obtain necessary documentation, records, statements, and
regulations and investigate scope of claim/ incident
• Identify, develop, and implement risk control/prevention actions
to reduce risk and minimize exposure to liability claims
