About the Opportunity: Job Title: Production Worker Metal Fabrication Pay Rate Range:$18.50-20.50/Hour Location:Delano, MN Schedule: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM Position Type:Temp to HireProduction Worker Metal Fabrication Requirements and Qualifications:

• Attention to detail.
• Basic math and conversion skills.
• Ability to work as a team or independently.
• Ability to work at a fast pace, on a constantly moving production line.
• Ability to or willingness to operate a fork truck, training provided.
• Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, lifting, pulling, pushing 50lbs frequently.Production Worker Metal Fabrication Duties and Responsibilities:
• Read area cleanup and equipment care postings to support 5S Lean practices
• Keep the area clean and organized
• Use practical problem-solving skills and work with colleagues to accomplish goals
• Attend each of your scheduled shifts and arrive on time
• Positions parts or materials for processing
• Care for machines, add coolant to reservoirs of machines, and lubricate machine parts
• Removes foreign material from items on conveyor belts
• Assisting other production workers in productions activities
• Report labor transactions and job information accurately
• Control material cost, labor and overhead costs. Work efficiently with colleagues to minimize energy use and material waste. Create an environment of producing the best product, at the best price with quality expectations and on schedule
