We offer a best-in-class benefits package and a supportive and knowledgeable team for maximum success.Paid Time-OffHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceLife Insurance401K & 401K MatchingReferral programESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Operates heavy duty commercial trucks, tractor-trailers, and roll-offsPerforms required pre-trip & post trip inspections and provides required reportsProvides outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operationsMaintains all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programsInforms on-duty mechanic of any maintenance issues with equipment and/or vehiclesMaintains various records and/or logs as needed per DOT regulationsRequirements:REQUIRED ROLLOFF DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS:Have a valid Minnesota CDL Class A or B driver's licenseAbility to pass a DOT physical and maintain a valid health card and licenseAbility to lift up to 40 poundsDriver must be 21 years old per DOT.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or GED preferredMust have a clean driving recordCOMPENTENCIES:Reasoning or problem-solving skillsProfessionalismCustomer service skillsDecision MakingLeadershipTime ManagementProfessional attitudePunctualityDem-Con Companies, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
