apply TODAY.____________________Position Duties: Responsible for
conducting inspections, tests, and evaluations of processes,
materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet
company and industry quality standards. Involves identifying
defects or deviations, documenting findings, and collaborating with
other departments to implement corrective actions. Additionally,
perform oven duties for jobs that require baking.What are we

policies and proceduresPerform routine inspections and tests on
materials, components, and finished products according to
established procedures and specifications. Use various testing
equipment and tools to measure and evaluate product
quality.Maintain accurate records of inspections results, test
data, and quality reports. Document any deviations or
non-conformances and communicate findings to the Quality Assurance
Manager or relevant departments. Provide reports to management as
required. Update and maintain company specification
library.Identify and analyze defects or quality issues, including
root cause analysis. Work with production teams to resolve issues
and implement corrective and preventive actions.Ensure incoming and
outgoing products are in compliance with specifications Perform
contract review, interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure
compliance and review orders in noncompliance area with NRB
personnel for internal and customer return jobsEnsure that all
quality control activities comply with company policies, industry
regulations, and standards. Assist in preparing for internal and
external audits and inspections.Participate in continuous
improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and
procedures. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving product
quality and operational efficiency.Assist in the calibration and
maintenance of quality control equipment and tools to ensure
accurate and reliable measurements. Report any equipment
malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel.Provide
training and support to production staff on quality standards,
procedures, and best practices.Assist in developing and updating
quality control documentation and procedures.Collaborate with other
departments to address quality issue and support overall quality
goals.Certify plating process on orders requiring
certification.Oven duties to include: baking parts, monitor oven
temperature, meet production guidelines for baking, complete
paperwork, general oven logs, oven charts, and oven SAT (system
accuracy test)Other duties and responsibilities as assignedSKILLS
REQUIRED (Skills that re most desired):High School diploma or GED;
Associates degree or technical certification in Quality Assurance,
Engineering, or a related field preferred2+ years of Quality
Assurance experience in the plating field or similar experience
preferredCEF/NASF certification preferredPlating experience
helpfulAbility to maintain a regular and reliable attendance
recordFluently read, write, speak, and understand the English
languageMust be a US citizen or have authorization to work in the
USMust be able to read a ruler/tape measure and analog
clockExcellent attention to detail with strong analytical and
problem-solving skillsAbility to interpret technical
specifications, blueprints, and quality standards.Ability to follow
written instructions and accurately complete paperworkStrong math
skills (basic and geometry)Previous experience and working
knowledge of quality systems processes and procedures required (ISO
and Nadcap)Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to
maintain composure in stressful situation; Whatever it takes
mentality with a strong desire to satisfy the customerGood
organizational skills and the ability to give clear
instructionsWorking knowledge of our plating process
characteristics and limitationsAbility to manage multiple jobs at
