Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Mobile Project Technical Lead to oversee the implementation and integration of SAP Service and Asset Manager (SAP SSAM) and SAP Field Service Management (SAP FSM) solutions. This role is critical for ensuring the successful deployment and optimization of SAP mobile applications to meet specific business and industry requirements, particularly in utilities and field service management.Key Responsibilities

• Technical ImplementationLead the end-to-end technical implementation of SAP SSAM and SAP FSM projects.Ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Integration ManagementManage integration with SAP backend systems such as SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC to support mobile functionality.Oversee data synchronization and connectivity between mobile users and back-office systems.
• Configuration and DeploymentConfigure, deploy, and optimize SAP SSAM and SAP FSM solutions to meet specific business needs.Implement mobile tools and features for field service technicians.
• Collaboration and Issue ResolutionWork closely with technical and functional teams to address and resolve challenges during SAP mobile deployments.Foster effective communication between field technicians and back-office teams.
• Project ManagementDevelop detailed project plans, manage risks, and monitor progress.Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Optimization and SupportDrive continuous improvement of mobile solutions based on user feedback and business requirements.Support guided workflows, inventory management, and field service execution features.Required Technical Skills
• SAP Mobile Solutions ExpertiseDeep knowledge of SAP SSAM (Service and Asset Manager) and SAP FSM (Field Service Management).Experience with SSAM and FSM features like work order execution, smart forms, and real-time field service coordination.Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC integration for mobile applications.Familiarity with backend configurations and data flows.Hands-on experience deploying and optimizing mobile solutions for field technicians.Knowledge of online and offline synchronization mechanisms.
• IoT and Machine LearningUnderstanding of IoT and machine learning technologies for proactive customer service.
• Project ManagementStrong skills in creating project plans, managing risks, and delivering milestones on time.Familiarity with agile or waterfall project management methodologies.
• Technical Tools and TechnologiesExperience with integration tools and middleware such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or SAP PI/PO.Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting SAP mobile apps.
• Utilities and Field Service ExperienceStrong domain knowledge of utilities and field service operations.Familiarity with guided workflows, inventory management, and condition monitoring.Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications: SAP certifications in SSAM, FSM, or related areas.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
