Job Description:

Our client is looking for an Electronic Technician, to join their team supporting the production and servicing of precision instrumentation. This is a hands-on role focused on troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical assemblies, improving calibration and test procedures, and collaborating closely with engineering and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electronics, familiarity with common test equipment, and a desire to grow within a dynamic, high-tech manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical assemblies used in client's equipment.
Continually improve the setup, calibration and test procedures used on the new and service equipment orders.
Provide training when necessary to the new build and service personnel in your area
Communicate with engineering on product performance and functionality issues.
Work closely with other personnel in the Technicians group and the Technician Supervisor



REQUIRED:

2-year Electronic Technical Certificate.
Associate degree in Electronic Technology (2-year AA) preferred.
0-2 years of experience in testing, diagnostics, trouble shooting and repair of PCA circuit boards and complex instrumentation.



EXPERIENCE:

General electronic test equipment (Oscilloscope, VOM and other test equipment)
Knowledge of electronic components and their usage in electronic circuits.
Advanced soldering skills.
