Volt is immediately hiring a Service Delivery Specialist in CHANHASSEN, Minnesota 55317

As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for.

Manages the performance of services to clients as agreed in the contract and assures that the service levels are achieved.
Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Service Delivery teams as well as contract development, signing and tracking, and customer and vendor relationship management.
Implements and updates current business processes which will maximize efficiency, productivity, and drive the delivery of products, goods, and services to customers in a quality and timely manner.


Key skills:
As a part of a team of 10 other people, but this person will be the only onsite IT person at this location.
Will be responsible as an IT person onsite to support end users


Location: CHANHASSEN, Minnesota 55317
Duration: 12 Months contract
Pay: $43/hr. - 45.56/hr.

Shift Timing- 1st shift.
