Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agent Services Representative - NIGO
Communications to process contracting and agent maintenance
paperwork.
Key Responsibilities
Review and communicate necessary requirements for resolution of not
in good order (NIGO) contracting paperwork
Support agents and clients in resolving NIGO licensing
transactions
Assist in special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
advanced degree is a plus
3+ years of operational/customer service or processing experience
preferred
Proven ability to communicate effectively
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership skills
