Responsibilities:
--- Expectation Gather leads through door-to-door knocking or personal leads
--- Maintain relationships with homeowners and check in on your files weekly with updates communicating with the Homeowners
--- Attend all Sales meetings and training
--- Be trainable on door-to-door sales, leads, and retail bids
--- Be able to follow our SOP and ask for help when needed

Qualifications:
--- 2+ years of experience in sales
--- Proven track record of successful sales experience or ability to learn and be trained
--- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
--- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
--- US Work Authorization
--- Live in Minnesota or are able to relocate prior to starting
