Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Finance Business
Excellence to drive operational efficiency and strategic
initiatives within the finance organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and operational
efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business
decisions and drive financial performance
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and develop risk
management strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,
or a related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a
business excellence role
Proven track record of driving financial performance and
operational improvements
Proficiency in financial software and tools
Strong leadership and team management experience
