Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute grassroots volunteer advocacy strategies and
campaigns
Recruit, train, and engage diverse grassroots advocates across the
country
Oversee public policy communications and manage the Komen Center
for Public Policy's online presence
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in public policy, political science, or a related
field
10+ years of experience in grassroots advocacy programs
Proven expertise in social media and digital advocacy tools
Experience in managing a remote team
Strategic planning and analytical skills
