JOB TITLE:Garden Center Manager (Multiple Openings)

JOB LOCATION:4750 25th St SW, Waverly, MN 55390 (Wright County)

JOB DUTIES: Responsible for managing garden centers for commercial vegetable farm. Specific duties include: (1) managing operation of garden centers selling local produce; (2) scheduling, training, and supervising staff; (3) monitoring produce inventory and ordering product; (4) keeping produce healthy, including properly watering, deadheading, and condensing plants; (5) managing customer service and sales; and (6) attending manager meetings.


REQUIREMENTS:Two years of garden or agricultural experience, including specific experience working in a greenhouse. Knowledge of local agricultural production. Daily travel required to various unanticipated garden centers throughout Twin Cities Metro, including Hennepin County and Carver County.


ANNUAL SALARY: $40,000 - $45,000 Per Year
