Lake Ridge Care Center,--a 5-star, 56-bed facility,--is currently seeking a Part-Time--Cook/Culinary Aide to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals to our residents.-- If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working in a team environment, this position is a great opportunity to make a difference in our residents' lives.-- This is a Part-Time position offering generous benefits, career development and a $1,000 bonus!------This is--a Part-Time, benefit eligible position working a varied scheduled including weekends. You will work every other weekend as a cook and as a culinary aide during the week.Cook Hours:-- 6:00 am to 2:30pm every other Saturday and SundayCulinary Aide Hours:-- 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (2-4 days per pay period)Pay:-- $17.04 - $22.90 / hour depending on experience--What does a Cook/Culinary Aide do?Deliver exceptional service to residents by providing fast, friendly and excellent customer service to all guests.Prepare and assist cooking all meals to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards.Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.Perform other duties as needed.What does a Cook/ Culinary Aide require?Prior restaurant or healthcare experience preferred, but not required. We'll train you!Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.Excellent customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Basic math skills.Location:--Lake Ridge Care Center is a part of Cassia and is located in the West Metro.
