User Experience Designer

Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a User Experience Designer for a contract position that can be worked 100% remotely. The opportunity will be six months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Position Summary: Our department is a team of 8, diverse in background, and location. My team supports the design needs of acquisition, engagement, and retention of the membership initiative, and the mobile app; which are top priorities for the organization. We are looking to increase our design capacity to support the team.

Qualifications:
5-10 year of experience in user experience design and strategy. Need:Ability to operate independently,
Break down business problems and bring partners along in solution delivery
Deliver clear design directions with full lens of user journey
Experience with Agile practices
Ability to deliver projects reflecting partnership with UX Research and UX Writing
