Don't miss out on this chance to be a part of something greater!Homeward Bound LPNs work with the same four residents, making it the perfect position for nurses looking to build relationships with those they serve.Base wage is dependent upon years of active LPN; starting at $26.50/hour!We have a variety of shifts available including:

• Full time days: 6:30am-2:30pm
• Full time evenings: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• Full time overnights: 9:30pm - 7:00am
• Part time days, evenings, and overnights as well!Locations:Homeward Bound has 22 locations within Hennepin County (Brooklyn Park, Crystal, Golden Valley, Hopkins, Maple Grove, Minnetonka, New Hope, Plymouth, Robbinsdale, and St. Louis Park). -Job site location will be determined in the interview, based on availability of each site.A generous benefits package is available including:

    • Administer medication and treatments
    • Assessments and monitoring of individual health issues
    • Communication and education of unlicensed staff regarding individual medical conditions, medication, and treatments
    • Communication with families regarding individual medical conditions
    • Ability to handle an emergency situation and give direction to othersLPN Requirements:
      • Current nursing license in the state of MN.
      • A valid Minnesota driver's license with a good driving record is mandatory.
      • You must be able to lift a minimum of 60 pounds as most of our individuals require assistance with transfers.
      • You must be able to understand, speak, read, and write the English language.
      • Because we provide services to vulnerable children and adults Homeward Bound will only employ applicants who pass a criminal background check.
      • Ability to timely and accurately type documentation in online database.
