A well-established municipal utility provider in Southeast Minnesota is looking for a Utility Engineering Supervisor to lead key infrastructure projects across water and natural gas systems. This is a high-impact leadership role where your work directly supports safe, reliable services for local communities.


What You'll Do:

• 
  Lead the design and planning of water and gas distribution system projects
  
  
• 
  Develop engineering drawings, specifications, and support permitting processes
  
  
• 
  Use system modeling tools to plan for current and future infrastructure needs
  
  
• 
  Prepare bid packages and technical documents for contracted utility work
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure project success
  
  
  
  
  What We're Looking For:
  
  
  • 
    
  • 
    5+ years of hands-on experience in utility engineering, water/gas systems, or infrastructure design
    
    
  • 
    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering preferred (experience can substitute)
    
    
  • 
    Strong knowledge of permitting, utility standards, and public infrastructure
    
    
  • 
    Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
    
    
  • 
    Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one in Minnesota
